The home has central heat and AC in every room. Outdoor space The renovated back deck is your base for grilling and taking in the Blue Ridge sunsets as the leaves turn. Warm up in the hot tub on cool mountain evenings, available year-round. Three acres of grounds run down to the Swannanoa River, a wide rocky waterway for walking and exploring. The full-size in-ground pool is seasonal and reopens in May. There is a separate cottage on the property where our caretaker lives. He helps maintain the grounds and respects guest privacy.
